Braking was such a delay very unsafe!

First there was a problem with the installation 1 of 4 did not fit perfectly. Used it and the brakes were so bad they tripped if you didn't hold it hard. FYI I have used cheap chinese cork brake pads from ebay and it was way better than that! My rims are genuine Reynolds R4 for reference only. Removed and returned immediately!
