Terribly hard! fits cutlery and knife accessories
Wife bought this because of our other "high quality" knives that are so difficult to sharpen. Lightweight, convenient, easy to sharpen. Would love to get a full set to replace our other set. Very satisfied. It's always a competition who can use this knife. Oh buy a way, freaking hot, and use wax/oil to butcher meat by the handle, not a dishwasher.
