I like how easy it was to set up our account with them! They were very professional throughout all stages of setup. Their support team responded immediately when we had questions or wanted assistance getting through an issue they'd helped us resolve in the past (it helps knowing you can reach out if needed!). The dashboard isn't as clear as other systems so sometimes there's confusion about what data needs updating vs being manually entered each time something changes. We use this primarily to track sales performance between locations but also have used some features such as inventory tracking which are helpful too.
