Review on BELANKO Whistling Stainless Stovetops Induction Kitchen & Dining in Cookware by Nicole Green

It was only after a few weeks of use that I noticed a ring of rust inside. I have used it to boil bottled water for baby food and thought it was safe as it was supposed to be stainless steel. Bottled water will not rust stainless steel. Very disappointed. I tried to contact the manufacturer but got no response. I will contact Amazon to see if it can be returned. UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me and was about to send another one of the same type but indicated that I had heated "sticky substances" in the kettle which was causing it to rust. This put me off a bit, as I only heat bottled water in it, and who uses the kettle to heat "sticky substances" remains a mystery. I already sent it back to Amazon within the returns window and they refunded me with no issues. Very disappointing because it's a nice kettle.
