While not the best baking sheets money can buy, they are surprisingly good quality for the price. They are a good balance of strength and lightness. Not so thin that they deform easily, but not so thick that they weigh a ton. The non-stick surface is smooth to the touch and has good coating quality. It's not the slickest of finishes compared to the higher quality sheets I've used, but it should clean up very easily with a non-abrasive pad after a good soak once a stubborn buildup has settled. Just in time for the holidays, this is a great choice if you're on a budget and need a few extra baking sheets. A good range of sizes too. Five stars for excellent quality!
