A nifty tool that works just as well as hand-wrapped. Either way, you'll still get fat, but not as fat. I used Valvoline VV614 multi-purpose grease (for GM, Chrysler, European and Japanese vehicles) in a 16oz/1lb tube. Just put it on the ground, the lubrication is too slow. It seemed that the old fat was squeezed out and the fresh poured in. Easy to store and easy to use. Don't be afraid to step on it. I haven't tried using a vise, but others have suggested them for harder/thicker/dirtier bearings. You may want to pre-clean or replace the bearing, it is indeed clogged. Don't forget to buy seals if you need them.
