Best case design I've seen and excellent range of impact drill bits

I use this set for general household chores: drilling holes, driving screws, removing screws. First the case: I have several sets of drill bits and this one is the best of them all. The body is made of ABS plastic (like LEGO bricks), has a secure latch (right-handed use) and is rubberized (softer plastic) to protect it from falling. The hinge has a steel pin and is built to last. The suitcase stands on the edge or ends closed. There are several smooth areas on the outside of the case suitable for attaching labels. A pleasant surprise awaits you inside the case. The case is designed for four places for bit holders on each half. There are two types of bit media in this set, one for short bits and the other for long bits. Each carrier contains 8 bits. All driver bits are labeled by size (Philips, square, both). The screwdriver bits are made in Vietnam, the drills (8 of them, all inch sizes). Size and type are laser engraved. Size labels on drill bits made in China are difficult to read. The bit holders are well constructed and made of durable plastic. A pleasant surprise of bit holders is the ease of use: use your fingertip at the tip of the bit to slightly tilt the bit up 90 degrees, then lift. To replace, insert the hex end of the bit down into the hole in the holder and then tilt down until it clicks into place. Place. If you have more than one of these kits, you can change up the holders depending on your work. To remove the holder, simply press the tab on the right side and lift. If required, there is a small clear parts box that fits into the holder's slots to store washers, screws and small parts. Please note that this set covers Phillips, Robertson and Torx screws, but not slotted screws. Since the set is designed for impact wrenches, it may make sense not to use slotted screws. The kit also includes a magnetic drive extension that accepts any 1/4" magnetic bit. Drills and long (2") bits have quick-change shanks. I am impressed with the obviously good user-centric thinking that has gone into this task system. Bosch engineers are back in business!
