Light silver polishing kit recommended by an antique dealer. She said it's best to be easy to use, but doesn't damage silver over time like sharp dips. I read in reviews that the sponge breaks on sharp edges. As a substitute I would think of any foam, like a soft sponge used for makeup or paint. I polished 4 terribly dull teaspoons in less than 10 minutes and can use a soft to medium toothbrush with polish for more detailed silver. Small things have a big impact. The antique dealer showed me her Twinkle Polish, which is a year old and less than half used.
