Review on 📀 Sony BDPS3200 Blu-ray Player with Wi-Fi - 2014 Model by Jeremy Black

The Sony BDPS3200 is small so it fits in tight spaces and was relatively easy to set up. I really wanted to love this unit as I used to have a great BDPS790 but the BDPS3200 is very slow to respond to the remote especially when you want to pause a movie. The pause can last up to a few seconds, and since you don't know if the pause request was registered, press it again. At the end he will answer with a pause, a pause, etc. Very annoying. Update: I've had this device for 6 months now and am even more dissatisfied with it. He has so many software issues it's not even funny. Here are other issues we encountered: 1. He keeps losing his Netflix registration and we have to re-enter the account information.2. If a DVD is present when the player is turned on and you scroll to Netflix or Revain to watch a streaming show or movie, the device will immediately return to the DVD selection when you press enter to select the streaming service. , select DVD and start DVD playback. ANNOUNCEMENT!3. Super fast forward for streaming shows just doesn't work. Use it at your own risk. We couldn't stop the show so we stopped and then continued the show only it picked up at a point way before we had stopped. We then tried to fast forward to X64 and the device stopped responding at all. We had to unplug the device and turn it off completely, then restart it again only to fast-forward a lot slower to get to where we left off. Then the fast forward control would not leave the screen. And at times the screen would dim and the BluRay logo would appear. It practically ruined the last 30 minutes of the movie. All in all, we're very disappointed with the device that bears the Sony name. We've had a lot of Sony products over the years and they've always been great. This? Not so. This is a real dog. The only positive thing I can say about him is that he is small. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it.
