I don't quite understand how this player became the #1 bestseller here at Revain. From a DVD/Blu-Ray player perspective, it works fine and I have no problems. We bought this for ourselves as a Christmas present and it only played a couple of movies before it started to have serious problems. The Sony Blu-ray player was used very little in the 2 months following Christmas, so we didn't realize it was defective. Now it just turns on and then off again (from a few seconds to 1 minute). The Sony BDPS3200 is small so it fits in tight spaces and was relatively easy to set up. I really wanted to love this unit as I used to have a great BDPS790 but the BDPS3200 is very slow to respond to the remote especially when you want to pause a movie.
