The charger looks well made, but also costs more than various holders. While it's sturdy for holding your phone in a cup holder style, it falls a tad short in my opinion. My previous holder was about 3 inches taller and gave the phone better visibility for maps. I use it in a small SUV. I would give 5 if it was a little higher. The charger works very well with my Samsung phone, even with a phone case. I will probably buy another holder for my other car. I would also MUCH prefer accessing their customer support other than through Facebook.
