I bought this for my husband's office tank that we drive at the moment. I needed something small, decorative without overfilling our 3 gallon tank. This is a very small decoration and is perfect for a tank. My only minor complaint was that I wish the part of the den was a bit bigger, it has a very shallow opening and it would be difficult for my betta to fit comfortably inside. I dug a deep hole in the gravel below the cave entrance so it would have a little more room to fit in. In general, this is a very beautiful military-style decoration. I definitely recommend it :).
