Review on Victorinox Fibrox Chefs Knife 8 Inch Kitchen & Dining by Robin Nelson

I work in a health kitchen and need a new chef's knife. Since I don't like leaving expensive knives lying around in the kitchen and don't want to fiddle around with knives, I was looking for a decent knife at an affordable price. I own some incredibly expensive knives and I take kitchenware very seriously, so I was surprised when this knife exceeded my expectations and lived up to the hype surrounding it. I got used to it quickly and it does a great job with the basic everyday tasks I use it for. Cutting raw meat, even bacon, is easy. Vegetables don't stand a chance. It's definitely not a work of art like my Miyabi, but it's a functional workhorse at a very low price. I would buy it again and would love to give it as a gift.
