Scrap, buy something else

Seeing years of reviews with the same issue as mine. It's all flimsy plastic, and the end that screws onto a hose or faucet breaks off when the blue switch is flipped from vacuum to fill with a simple lever. I bought 2 and had them replaced 3 times under warranty and the manufacturer said it was my fault I overtightened them. i am plumber I tried softer pads and this time I used 3 inch pads. a flex line between the faucet and the flow control, and it was even quicker than before, even though I could flip the switches and the flex I was using moved to release the pressure. So now I have a box of wet fish food, a puddle on the counter, and a wet stain on the carpet. Metal or some kind of composite with some strength. Most companies get wiser when people call about warranty issues and write bad reviews about a design flaw, not these guys.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • So-so
