The product is definitely not worth the nerves spent, it's better not to take it.
This is some kind of nightmare, a third-generation vacuum cleaner came, it is impossible to reflash. The 2022-language package, even the official one, refuses to install, speaks Chinese, the whole smart home went to hell because of this miracle of the robot. Is it possible to somehow issue a return or contact the seller, the information in the description should be written more accurately for the devices.
