Abysmal Customer Support
When calling Meraki Support, expect to be banned indefinitely, e.g. B. 1+ hour before finally being forced to hang up. And not on a bad day either. I only got through to them once and when I was finally able to speak to the agent she gave me the wrong information which ruined everything for my client. An application via email did not result in a reply within 3 weeks, so this front is not efficient either. Pretty bad.
