At first I was disappointed to discover that this item was made up of three small strands of 10.5 ounces, the size of a large strand. I don't blame the company because this information is available if you look hard enough. About $16 is a pretty high price for a skein that usually sells for $10, but again that was user error. What bothered me the most was that there were eight breaks in the three strands of yarn. Eight places where the yarn was tied together as if the strands were made of scraps. In short, they were some expensive pieces of yarn. Save money and frustration, buy a large skein from another seller.
