The servo pump itself is still in order. The return process for an important item is terrible. I went to the Cardone Core Return website and entered the Revain order number and date of the order as indicated. The website should then provide a pre-paid shipping label that you can print out and then return your Core for a refund. The main returns page is experiencing technical issues and no shipping label is showing. I contacted Cardone support and they just emailed me a shipping label. So far they have refused. I gave them the 2 bits of information they needed and expected Cardone would be able to bypass the broken webpage and just email the label. They refused. Right now it looks like I'm being pulled out of the main comeback. Shame on Cardone for not taking action to fix the buggy core return process. Update: I finally got a discount on this item. Also note that Crown Vics, Grand Marquis and Town Cars have speed sensitive steering. This means that the assistance should be less at highway speeds and more at low speeds. However, this adds additional complexity. The steering has its own computer and sensors. So the problem can't be the power steering pump. Also pay attention to the underside of the steering shaft. It has a pair of U-joints that can lock and give the handlebars a stiff feel.
