Yes! Great product, much needed

In order to reduce my use of plastic, I have been reluctant to buy zip-lock bags for the past few years and have tried to get creative to circumvent a convenient product. It's not always easy to do without them! This product is great - it's so handy to have a ziplock bag that really feels like a gallon that composts after use instead of breaking down into nanoplastic. It can be composted at home, but if you don't compost it, you can just throw it away and it will eventually decompose in a landfill (which plastic never does - it just keeps getting smaller). You can also wash and reuse them a few times before they fall apart, although I recommend using them dry first or leaving them unswept if you intend to reuse them. I've also used them in the freezer. I would definitely buy them again. They're expensive, but 50 bags last a while if you're careful, and they save a lot of single-use plastic in landfills.

Pros
  • Paper and plastic
Cons
