The easy to navigate platform, excellent support team for any queries or issues you may have. There is nothing I dislike about this product at all! It has been fantastic working with my Account Manager in particular - she's always prompt when responding back via email as well (and usually very quick!). We've found some great insights into our portfolio customers that we hadn't realised before which helps us better cater towards their needs/wants moving forward so it really does help drive engagement & retention rates up!! This allows me to focus 100% onto servicing clients rather than keeping an eye out what new features are being released each month etc.- also makes life easier from day 1 :) Highly recommend using them- they're brilliant people who will go above + beyond if needed too. Our goal was simple:- increase revenue growth by 20%. By monitoring key metrics such as churn rate and renewals across multiple portfolios over time i can proactively identify risks areas within certain segments where there could be.
