Review on 🌧️ Aprilaire 76 Digital Dehumidifier Control: Efficient Moisture Control for a Comfortable Space by Tori Williams

Installed and connected to an Aprilaire 1820 dehumidifier located in a pressurized bypass room. A handy little device that allows us to monitor the condition of the dehumidifier and the humidity level. Using the 4 wire thermostat wiring and instructions were very easy. 76 supports two modes: external and remote. However, only remote mode will work with the 1820, which introduces some compromises. 1) You cannot set a specific humidity level, you can only select a value from 1 to 7, with 7 being the driest relative humidity. 2) You cannot tell the dehumidifier to run in recirculation mode only. External mode seems to support these features, but only on other models. All in all, it is an easy-to-use device that will allow us to see the condition of our crawl space and the condition of the dehumidifier.
