Review on MTBC Transcription Service by Joseph Marshall

I like how fast they reply when you email them directly regarding any questions or concerns about your order/transcripts! They are very helpful as well if there is anything else we need answered immediately (ie - billing). The only thing i wish was different from my previous provider would be more of an option for "preview" before finalizing transcriptions instead just waiting until it's too late :) Great service overall!! Nothing really at this point but great customer support & quick turn around times. No complaints yet though -- best price compared w others out here doing similar services so far. ! Have used their team multiple years now without issue-- always professional staff who help make sure our needs get met quickly while providing quality work product every single day! Not much since using these guys previously however pricing seemed higher than competitors which made me hesitant initially due.
