A great way and platform in improving Customer Support

I like how easy it is for me as an employee of this organization to use their services - they are very simple/straightforward when using them! They do not offer any additional features or tools beyond what you would expect from most companies these days (iPad app integration etc.). The price point can be somewhat high at times but there's nothing wrong about paying more money if your product will benefit greatly because you'll get better service than those who charge less.   • It was relatively straightforward process setting up my account, uploading audio files & having transcripts generated within minutes after submission.
  • Transcript quality seems reliable
  • Audio transcription rate seemed consistent compared with other vendors that provide transcriptions online

  • Some aspects seem expensive such including annual plans

Easy to use for medical transcription and medical records

I like how easy it is for me as an employee who does not code or work directly with doctors but just transcribes their notes into patient files when they are done seeing them. It also works great if you do not know much about coding programs. The only thing i personally dislike which others may find useful would be better organization of folders within each specialty so there was no confusion between different specialties such as neurology vs cardiology ect. And more options/options to…

Professional Service with Friendly and Helpful Customer Support

I like how fast they reply when you email them directly regarding any questions or concerns about your order/transcripts! They are very helpful as well if there is anything else we need answered immediately (ie - billing). The only thing i wish was different from my previous provider would be more of an option for "preview" before finalizing transcriptions instead just waiting until it's too late :) Great service overall!! User friendly interface with quick response times

I like how easy it is for me as an employee of this organization to access my accounts online at any given moment via mobile devices or computers! It would be great if they had more options available (such as allowing users of different languages/cultures) - but so far everything has been very simple for our staff members who are located around the world from India and Bangladesh through South America and Canada.
