Eh Beats fell by being released too soon

I have had several AirPods and after losing many of them (because they fall or because they are too small and easy to lose or left in my pocket and run through the washing machine are ) and replace them. I ended up buying a pair of Powerbeats Pro that I found for $149. I've been completely satisfied with it since I bought it 6 months ago. They have solved many of the problems that I had with AirPods, for example: they are bulky, so they are heavier to lose, they stay on my ear and the battery life is oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo battery time. Lasts all day. There was one downside. I often find it difficult to answer calls. I reply and there is a long delay. 10 seconds or so. Enough where the other hangs up. About once a day. This is very annoying. When I saw the ad for them I was excited, I thought it would be an improvement. And at $149, I thought it was a good deal. Let me explain why I sent them back two days later. The battery life is worse than the original AirPods. Half the time the person on the other line can't hear me. When I answer a phone call with my Apple Watch, it doesn't go to the headphones like AirPods or Powerbeats Pro, but to the watch, which is annoying. Also how is the ANC. I held the button as instructed and waited for the beep, but nothing actually happened. I couldn't figure out if I had it on or off. I didn't feel like it worked. However, I will mention that I pre-ordered as soon as it was announced, so I may have received a bad batch. The only positive thing about it is that I really like the thinner body compared to the Powerbeats Pro and when I change into a new shirt the earbud stays in my ear unlike my Powerbeats Pro for obvious reasons. I'm returning to Powerbeats because I really liked the long battery life and I don't feel like they fall out of my ears like kidneys when running. Mind you, I've never tried AirPods Pro. Maybe I should
