It's better than mousetrap, simply because it requires little or no assembly. The concept of teaching kids how movement works and the variety of different movements is well thought out. However, someone in manufacturing or engineering has messed up and really "dropped the ball." So many of the mini-games are too hard to use or fail to work. This frustrates our kids. Our 6 year-old likes to play with it, but winds up advancing the marble due to defects in the construction that make some of the tasks impossible. Again, re-design this and manufacture it better and it would be a win. For example, the maze is too hard to maneuver, even for an adult (make the plastic clear on the maze and it would work better. Make the levers more useful and it would work better. 1 in 1000 will get the bell to ring at the end. It's not hard, it's nearly impossible. REDO PLEASE.
