This product is amazing. It's a little tricky to use the first time, especially when using quinoa, but I did a good job my first time using a mat. It's difficult to get the exact shape you want in a bazooka with rice and when it came out it didn't come out like the sushi roll pictured. Also the instructions say you have to attach it at a 45 degree angle but that's tricky when you've filled both sides and when the clips are saved it falls off every time you close it. The first time I did this everything fell out so I just put everything on one page. It was a lot easier, but it still didn't work out the way I wanted it to. I just pushed it into the mat and curled up. It was a lot easier.
