Review on Baking Sheet Cooling Rack Roasting by Leon Thompkins

I bought these to replace the non stick kit I had. I will never buy a nonstick set again! After a few uses, they don't come off and everything sticks, even if the coating doesn't come off. The KITCHENATICS baking tray and cooling rack are perfect for two reasons. 1. They are durable, cook evenly and are easy to clean. 2. Refrigerated shelves are made of stainless steel and are designed for heavy-duty applications. They won't sag under the weight of a good steak (I cook steaks the other way around) and are easy to clean. I am so glad I made this purchase.
