I bought this over 6 months ago and use it regularly. It's so easy to use and makes training so much easier as you don't have to bend down to pick up all the golf balls. To remove the balls from the holder I find it easiest to use my hand to loosen the balls. I accidentally dropped it on concrete several times and it was not damaged. It's also fallen off my parked golf cart a few times and hasn't been damaged apart from a few scratches. I've used it on wet grass and sandy grass and it still worked great. Excellent purchase! I'm glad I bought it.
