Updated: Despite the return period having expired, the company contacted me after I checked and offered to send a replacement. I warned I might return the curtains the wrong length, but I've already installed them (not realizing the size difference). They replied that I could use them elsewhere or donate them and that they would send replacements. It arrived very quickly and any delays in the process were entirely on my part. I will definitely look at this company's products first when I need more curtains. The quality is great and the customer service is fantastic! I love the curtains and they look good but I ordered two packs of the same size and received two different lengths. More than disappointed as it is very, very noticeable given that all four are in the same room. The installation took some time due to renovations in this room, so it's too late to go there again. Therefore, check all packages when ordering more than one.
