I like everything about it; how easy this program make work for my organization! It's amazing because after install there are no difficult configuration or installation process required so we can start working right away without any training from support team in order use our own data source such as email address etc.; also have many useful report which helps us easily control all operations around customer issues/ feedbacks /problems &amp ; request requests (like open cases); sometimes may take very long time before update new information into system but i'm sure they will fix soon if need be :) not much dislike actually nothing at first sight -_- really good product keep up doing well! try them now!! 1) Easy setup2.)
