This time when I requested an agent in the US, the response came promptly. Within 12 minutes, Revane implemented a replacement strategy that was more than acceptable. The device is delivered in less than 24 hours and free of charge if I return the defective device within 30 days. And even agreed with UPS to pick it up. I'm concerned about the lack of a support phone number, but the end result exceeded all expectations.
