I like this tool very much as it has almost all features which are required for effective tracking of our customers' activities over phone calls, SMS etc.It also provides detailed report with graphs and charts to give us more clear idea about the status of each campaign we have done in past few days or months.
We can easily track our campaigns by their date created and its performance too.I don't think there is any specific dislike point but i would suggest if you want to use only one software then go for mobility suite otherwise other tools will be better than Mobilytix (like call centre automation).
