Review on 🐶 Petmate Aspen Pet Traditional Kennel, 28 Inch, Ideal for Dogs Weighing 20-30 Lbs, Model 41300 by Elizabeth Shelton

I have had several different sized pet boxes and have assembled/disassembled them many times for storage. This is the only thing I would consider substandard - there are only a few parts so it's odd. The packaging says the plastic is made in the USA but apparently the doors aren't or they have poor quality control. The door was about 1/4 inch larger than it should be and doesn't fit well. You have to force the drawer along with the bolts/nuts and then the door has to jiggle to close properly. Not important for travel, but if I were training in boxing I'd rather not do it every time. All of my other drawers snapped into place with no problem. About half of the plastic wing nuts were also unnecessarily sharp. One cut my thumb. It doesn't matter because you don't use them often, but it's clear that this is a cheap copy of another company's product with little attention paid to quality control. If you use it frequently, choose another brand. Suitable for occasional trips. use it though.
