You buy cutters. The tin is unusable as it is too narrow for a standard soap loaf.
This soap mold is poorly designed. The 1/4 inch internal width is too small for soap made in a standard loaf pan, so it's practically useless. Basically it's a block of wood held in place by a hex head screw that goes through a slot on the bottom. The wood is soft so the hex head basically rotates rather than a slot being a 'stop' that holds the screw so the wing nut can be loosened or tightened. Cutter.
