I cannot suggest Towond to anyone seeking for electrical, computing, or networking devices as a former customer. To put it mildly, my interaction with Towond was underwhelming. Their customer support is unpredictable and ineffective, and their products are of poor quality. I wasn't impressed by the quality of a Towond product I bought. The product did not function as intended and broke down after only a few weeks of use. The customer service representatives at Towond were unresponsive and unhelpful when I called them, and they provided no solutions or support. My frustration over their terrible customer service left me with no other choice than to leave. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone seeking for networking, computer, or electrical equipment to purchase from Towond. The experience was difficult and depressing due to their subpar items and unreliable customer support. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid the trouble and for your technical requirements.
