I don't fly often, but I remember very well the shame and embarrassment I experienced three years ago when I asked for a seat belt extender on my return flight and was reprimanded by the flight attendant, the seats having to move (I think it might be inflatable seat belts that can't use extension cords? It was never clear why I had to move the seats). I never wanted to experience it again so I bought it before flying a few weeks ago. It's very well made and I love that it comes with its own travel case and sleep mask. It turned out I didn't need it on any flight, which made me very happy! Although I didn't get to use it on this trip, I'm glad to have it with me and that reassurance was worth the $15 purchase price.
