Helps I fall asleep with blue light blocking glasses

I bought these glasses to be able to sit on my laptop at night and still be able to fall asleep. Until I got it, I sat at the computer in the evenings and couldn't sleep. These blue light glasses work. If I put them on at the computer before bed, I can still fall asleep. Some people have mentioned that the black clips are distracting. You don't bother me at all. The glasses are easy to put on and take off.
