I'm not an electronic geek, but I'm not a fool either. I've installed these things on dozens of phones, but not from this brand, and have had great success, with a few bugs along the way. I bought this brand because it was available the next day and I needed it the next day. I buy two of the two packs and think I'll grab a pair just in case. Well, as it turns out, I needed both packs for one phone. I followed the instructions verbatim and when I put the first one on it looked like there was a handful of sand underneath. On my fourth try, I found that when you peel off the plastic that covers the adhesive side of the screen, these screen protectors become statically charged, and small particles must be pulled from the air or from the tabletop. I used sticky tape to remove dust from the sticky side of the glass and eventually it worked. Now I order a brand that I trust. On a bet I would not buy this brand again. you suck
