Exhaust and emissions unfit

This boot is cut and shaped correctly BUT there was no port or hole for the PCV pipe! This material is difficult to drill and cut and it was difficult to get to this spot in the trunk. I did it, but I shouldn't have done it. It's not done right/wrong!
