Review on Watson Field Reporting Suite by Joseph Morris

I like how easy it was to customize our reporting template for use in WFRS so we could start using this tool without having any training or expertise needed from IT personnel.

We are able to add new fields as well which is great! I do have some questions about what other people may find frustrating but most if not all problems can be solved when reaching out directly via email with Support (support@watsonfieldreportingsuite). Some examples include - 1) creating custom filters2) Adding additional users3) Having limited access permissions4) Not being able to export data into an external system5.) Creating customized dashboards. With these things mentioned above its clear there will continue to improve upon their product/service going forward and they're committed to doing just that by working closely with customers such as ourselves who need more features than what's.
