Scanners and accessories Love mine

Many years ago I had a similar product at work. I needed one for the house, I chose this one for its characteristics. I use mine every day and it produces good scans - I mainly use it for paper as I also have a flatbed scanner. Anyway, easy to set up, the included software is useful. I have a folder on my desktop that I created just for the output of this scanner. Insert the paper, it goes straight into this folder. You can use the Dropbox or Box folder if you prefer. I've run through a few photos and it produces a decent scan and I've used it to scan driver's licenses, credit cards etc and the slot for it pulls the card in and out with no problem. I gave the scanner a star because it pulled out multiple pages instead of just one page at a time. Load 10 pages to scan and it may decide to merge pages 5 and 6. I assume this is a problem with all these mobile scanners. I know my old man at work did that too. To save time and frustration, I usually just send in sheets one at a time. As you do this, it continues to scan and create a multi-page document. This particular scanner also scans both sides of the page you are feeding. I consider my good value for what I paid.

Pros
  • Wide compatibility: Windows and Mac support (MAC OS 10.13, 10.14 and 10.15 with latest Canon driver and Canon CaptureOnTouch software); The TWAIN driver is also included
