Not for cars!
I bought it to glue the car I'm painting. I've used similar products so I have something to compare. It has a decent band and I love that it comes in a variety of sizes. However, the plastic is very thin and breaks easily. I sealed the carbon fiber well and the green paint seeped through the plastic. I sealed the hood with tape and made sure there were no holes. Now I have to sand and polish the paint because of false advertising.
