Medium quality: handmade
The tire was neither round nor flat. After several iterations, I managed to bend it to an acceptable shape at the knee. Also, the neoprene sleeve that covers the weighted core is twice as wide as it should be and moves freely around the perimeter. We left the tire my wife uses it but this is far from a quality product.
