Review on FIGHTECH by Chris Weber

Unfortunately, my experience with FIGHTECH was not as enjoyable as I had hoped it would be when I decided to make a purchase of some training gear and accessories from the company. In spite of the great variety of things they offered, the quality of their customer assistance was poor. It was challenging for me to get a response from their personnel in a timely manner if I had inquiries regarding particular products. Because I was ready to complete my purchase, I was forced to wait for a response for several days, which was quite annoying for me. In addition, some of the products in my order were broken when it arrived, and it took many weeks to receive a replacement. In general, my time spent with FIGHTECH did not live up to my expectations. In spite of the fact that they offer a wide variety of exercise machines and accessories, the quality of their customer care is lacking. It is my recommendation that you explore elsewhere for a business that places a high value on its clientele and is committed to delivering exceptional service in this industry.
