Broken Educational Toy Kettle
The kettle is defective. I did a reset as described in the instructions. Batteries have been replaced. Still does not work. It only flashes light, but no sound or anything else. Now I have a frustrated toddler and I'm annoyed because we all hate the return process. If it's even interchangeable after I opened it and ripped open the box (how could you take the toy out of the box and even destroy it?) Another thing I don't like is the two holes in the cups. Children usually pour water into it to pretend it's tea.
