That's a great idea. Ideal for clamping wooden slats to the edge of a board. There may be other benefits as well. Excellent quality. I have many C clamps and spring clamps but this one is unique. How do you glue something to the edge of a board? Masking tape was my best bet, but it only works reliably 50% of the time. There is no way to emphasize the connection. These clips have rubber bands (?) that stretch slightly. In addition, the pads are perfectly smooth so as not to damage the target.
