I bought this for my father who is having an operation which has left him unable to work due to his great mobility and bed being so high. It was the perfect height, his bed was about 8-10 inches off the floor, and it worked great. Assembly was easy enough, I did it myself in one night, the kit has everything you need and once you tighten the internal screws and vice versa everything goes quickly. Read the instructions first or you're just wasting your time and don't worry if some parts are missing, they create a surplus and you don't need everything even if you don't have much.
