RAID 1 in a compact form factor!

Yes, this is a portable drive that can be used as a 4TB hardware managed RAID 1. It is highly portable and can be bus-powered when powered from a Thunderbolt 3 port without the need for an additional power supply. There are switches for bus power and for RAID mode. The body is aluminum and looks solid. I may have a newer version that hides the access screws for the two drives under the rubber feet, but I suspect swapping drives will be relatively easy. One day when I go into moneybag mode I might be able to replace the drives with SSDs, but for now transfer speeds of 150MB/s aren't too bad and are fine for most purposes. It slows down to 40MB/s for smaller files, which isn't bad, but it's not outstanding either. The drive is formatted as exFAT for compatibility between my Mac and PC. It comes with a USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 to USB 3.0/3.1 A adapter (regular form), a USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 cable (both sides) and a power adapter. The instructions are easy enough to follow.
