I've used it on several wild carts and haven't had any problems. I think some people who complain about stripping a tool or carriage bolt are dealing with unusual situations. These are usually old carts we deal with and you should be aware that someone before us could have damaged the screw heads without using the right tools. While using a security screwdriver isn't hard science, it can be messy if the head of the tool doesn't seat snugly and completely on the screw before moving away from it. I'm not saying anyone specifically did this, just trying to remind you that in some cases a bad review is related to the user and not the product.
