I don’t know how you could possibly get this thing to rust. I saw someone give this a bad review and I just had to say this. I’ve been working in a kitchen since I was teenager. Once I was 20 I was butchering in a large kitchen and I finally found this knife. An 8” chef findking. And I haven’t replaced it. It’s seen four years of use and abuse and it will see many years more. I’m going to get a butchers knife from them now. I don’t know what it is about clad steel, but it will serve you well. An oil stone is all I use.
